Greentec 942 Motor – Standard Features

The Greentec 942 comes equipped with a high-performance motor as standard, paired with the advanced GCS Control System for precision operation.
Its hydraulic system allows easy up-and-down movement of the discharge pipe and smooth adjustment of the chip deflector for accurate chip placement.
An integrated blower, working together with the Venturi airflow system, delivers a strong, consistent airstream for efficient chip discharge.

Upper feed roller internally driven by a heavy poclain motor.

Integrated blowing system which, in combination with Venturi blowing system guarantees a powerfull airstream.

GCS control – Greentec Control System

The Greentec Control System is a compact, stainless-steel touchscreen interface designed exclusively for Greentec machines. It offers pre-set programs for different wood types, allowing instant adjustment of key settings like infeed speed, top roller pressure, no-stress timing, and reverse feed.

With a quick switch to low engine speed, operators can save fuel, reduce noise, and produce coarse chips with minimal fines. The system responds to both drum speed and hydraulic pressure for precise control.

Built for reliability, it features vulcanised, maintenance-free controllers, minimal cabling via a Canbus system, and waterproofing to IP67. Available in 5 languages, the GCS Control combines simple operation with maximum durability.

Drum System

Three precision knives mounted along the drum for consistent chipping.
Bottom knife positioned below the cutting knife for easy access and maintenance.
Blower blades on both sides of the drum assist in smooth chip ejection.
Specially engineered anvil knife ensures small branches are cut at the ideal angle for maximum chip quality.

Infeed System

Lowered bottom roller table creates extra space for clamps to handle thicker logs.
Upper infeed roller powered internally by a heavy-duty, low-maintenance Poclain motor — no exposed slits near the infeed, preventing chip scatter.
Bottom infeed roller driven by a robust motor with oil-lubricated bearings for long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.
