Premium Tungsten Tip Bandsaw Blades – Made for Extreme Cutting Performance

Designed for Australian hardwoods like seasoned Ironbark and Box, as well as recycled bridge timbers. Also ideal for tropical hardwoods, kiln-dried lumber, engineered wood, and other abrasive materials.

Key Features and Benefits:

  • Triple Chip Tooth Configuration – The alternating carbide raker tooth ensures smooth, precise cuts while handling extremely hard and abrasive materials. This design enhances cutting efficiency and extends blade life.
  • Premium Tungsten Carbide Tips – Made with high-quality tungsten carbide, these blades stay sharper longer, reducing replacement costs and downtime.
  • Optimized Hook Angle – The 7-degree hook angle improves feed rate and material penetration, reducing strain on the blade and machine for smoother, more efficient cutting.
  • Durability & Stability – With a 1.14 mm thickness and 32 mm width, these blades offer exceptional stability, reduced vibration, and long-lasting performance in the toughest conditions.
  • Versatile Cutting Performance – Engineered for seasoned hardwoods, kiln-dried timber, engineered wood, and reclaimed materials like old bridge beams, these blades deliver superior results in demanding environments.

Sharpening

Can be re-sharpened with a diamond disc, extending blade life and reducing costs. Each blade lasts approximately 10–15 hours and can be re-sharpened 2–3 times for extended use. Compatible with the Hardwood Mills Sharpener, with the option to fit a Diamond Disc for precision sharpening.

Overall:

Our premium tungsten tip bandsaw blades (1.14 x 32 mm, 7-degree hook angle) provide exceptional durability, precision, and efficiency. With a triple chip tooth configuration and carbide raker tooth, they ensure cleaner cuts, reduced waste, and higher productivity—the perfect choice for cutting Australian hardwoods and recycling timber.
