I wanted you to know that my new mill is operational at long last. I milled an old Silky Oak log and the mill performed flawlessly. I was able to produce laminate at 2mm thick perfectly for the entire length. Needless to say, impressive. I then milled a semi seasoned Red Gum. This provided a few challenges that were part of my learning curve but again, very impressed with the results.

I mainly wanted to write you to express my heart felt thanks for all your help and advice throughout the build. I appreciate the fact that the situation was unusual but it was handled with absolute professionalism. Your customer service is outstanding and deserves mentioning.

I enjoyed the build very much and feel that I have intimate knowledge of the mill that would have otherwise taken a long time to learn. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of your mill.

I bought the 31 Model from Kerry & Geoff and they were a pleasure to deal with. I had a problem with the emergency stop button and called them today.  They were in Tassie at a Field Day and I said there was no urgency but 3 minutes later I got a call from Ashley in the warehouse telling me the part would be expressed and posted today at no charge – bloody rare service these days!

Using the Gt34 Hardwood mill and it is a brilliant bit of gear. Suprising how easily you can cut through very tough timbers like ironbark.
Customer service is always great. Kerry and Geoff have been very helpfull.

Purchased a GT34 from Hardwood Mills Australia, Geoff and the team were great to deal with. Geoff was very helpful, we must have talked for a couple of hours about saw, he gave me a demo at the factory, and I was blown away at how easy the sawmill cut hardwood .and after purchase geoff and team are always happy to take my call and give me some tips. 10 out 10 for great friendly service and a product that does a great job. I love my saw.

Hi to all thinking of buying a G26 bandsaw.

Don’t think about it just do it. I’ve owned mine for almost 3 years with no hassles and the after support from Hardwood Mills Australia is second to none.
